If you have two screens (i.e., a laptop screen and a computer monitor connected to it), you can view the Zoom gallery view and a shared screen (such as a PowerPoint presentation) at the same time. Click on the Settings gear icon in the upper right corner of the Zoom desktop app. Go to the General tab, and click on the “use dual monitors” option. This will preserve the gallery view on one screen and show the shared screen on your second screen.
