Before finals week there is a reading period to sort of study before finals. There were tons of study breaks and stress-free environment to try to make Wellesley as calm as possible. We had Moonlight Breakfast in the dining halls (which was probably my favorite part). All of your favorite breakfast foods all at 10 pm. And at 12 am, the primal scream commenced. At exactly the start of finals period, screams could be heard from the quad. People scream as a way to relieve stress. It was a little startling to hear it, but I could definitely relate.
I took my last final exam and I am officially done with my first semester of college! It was an interesting semester with lots of things happening on campus and beyond. I had a great time and I am definitely looking forward to next semester. I am excited to take new classes and just have new adventures. I am excited to see what the future holds for me.
