Hi everyone!
Guess who is back in Wellesley?
It’s really amazing being here. It’s great seeing all of my friends, my favorite professors, even the geese again! What was not so great though was the weather this week—it was freezing cold the whole first week of classes. It’s starting to get better now, but it’s still rather cold, and there’s snow everywhere. Luckily, Wellesley + snow = beautiful scenery.

How many geese can you see?
I am taking four classes this semester. PHYS 210 is an experimental physics class that I have been really excited about since my first semester. The first half of the class we are working with electrical boards and components, while the second half will be about optics and lasers and all sorts of fun stuff like that. PHYS 305 is a statistical mechanics and thermodynamics class that happens to be my first 300-level physics class I am ever taking at Wellesley. MATH 223 is a number theory and intro to writing mathematical proofs class that will be my last math class to finish my minor. The last class I am taking is MUS 100, an intro to music theory class that I am taking because it sounds fun and to fulfill one of my distribution requirements.
Outside of my classes, I am still working at the daycare center I have written about before. I am also working at one of my physics professor’s labs. I still don’t exactly know what I will be doing, so stay tuned.
For the first time ever, I actually got a single room in Wellesley. I kind of miss my roommate, but I am also enjoying having my own space. It’s not in the building I wanted to live in (I WILL be getting into Stone-Davis next year, I am manifesting it right now), but a single is a single, hah.

From my morning walk to class
So, yeah, I am still settling in. It feels a little weird because on one hand it feels like I was just here, but on the other hand, time has passed and there are some changes around here. I am very happy to be back though!
