So much has happened this past week! I’ll try and give you a little snapshot:
Every semester SBOG (Schneider Board of Governors) puts on a week of social events on campus. The fall week is called Fall Frenzy.
Tuesday night was LipSync. Every semester the house presidents put on a lip sync competition and different orgs compete for a cash prize. I performed in a mash up performance with the SHEs (Sexual Health Educators). Notable performances include an N’sync’s “It’s Gonna Be Me”, “Single Ladies” and “The Mysterious Ticking Noise”!
Wednesday during lunch, students lined up to collect free “Fall Frenzy” t-shirts. Thursday night, SBOG had an open tab at the pub and Oktoberfest was served. Friday night kicked off the Dead Serious Comedy Fest (3 days of stand-up comedy) and the Tupelos (an a cappella group) Spooky Tupey Teaser in the Great Hall! On Saturday, Dragonette and White Panda performed in Tishman Commons.
Saturday morning, ZA went out to walk at the Walk for Lupus on the Boston Commons.
We spent most of the day walking around Boston and enjoying delicious food.
Saturday night, I visited with a couple Wellesley alums in the Back Bay area. As if that weren’t enough, this coming week is just as busy! More to come!
