Hey all, as the title of this post suggests… I HAVE JUST ONE MORE TEST. That’s all that stands between me and a month of well earned rest:) I can hear the Western shoot out music playing…
So my Chinese test is on Tuesday but today I actually have the speaking portion of the test. Its at 1:20pm so that’s why I’m blogging a little earlier today. I’m kind of nervous. I can’t even imagine how nervous I’ll be for the actual test… oh goodness. It should be fine though:)
Its a good feeling to have all my other classes over with. I’m feeling confident about how hard I worked. I’m sure I’ll be happy with my grades (but grades aren’t everything)!
Reading period at Wellesley is relaxing, surprisingly. I know that people have lots of papers to write and tests to prepare for. But since classes are over, there is so much more time to get everything done. It’s a nice break from working hard all semester.
Wellesley has a 23 hour quiet time policy during reading period and finals. So pretty much people are courteously quiet all the time because they know people are studying. (Which, let me tell you, is SO nice.) And from 9-10pm is loud hour. And since its the only hour of the day where people can be loud, they take advantage:) haha its really funny. Last night around 9:30 some girls went running past my window screaming about being loud. Its a good reminder that you can’t study every second. Breaks are required:)
Also, during finals week, every night during loud hour Tower is having a different themed study break with snacks! I’m super pumped for Monday night. That will actually be the only night I’ll be here for since I’m leaving Tuesday after my test. I can’t wait for Christmas! Its gonna be so weird! The first Christmas in which I wasn’t guilt tripped into decorating the house with my family. Win;)
Congratulations to the ED class of 2017 members! I was one of you last year:) I remember how excited I was! I can’t wait to meet you next year!!!
