Homework Day in Boston!

It’s great to be back after a wonderful fall break! Although it went by way too fast:(

I went home over the weekend to see my family and watch my hometown’s annual soccer tournament. It was good to see lots of old friends and learn what they’re up to:)

I came back to Wellesley Monday afternoon to unpack and relax for the day. Then on Tuesday, with one day left to enjoy the break, my friends and I headed into Boston to do some much needed studying/homeworking someplace fun and new!

On the bus ride into the city, we saw the Wellesley crew team rowing! That was pretty cool:) The roommate of one of my friends is on the team and we saw her!

We got off the bus at Commonwealth and wandered down Boylston Street in search of food. And let me tell you what, we found the BEST little sandwich place ever! Its called Pret A Manger and its got all these wonderful fresh, pre-wrapped sandwiches. You just grab what you want and pay for it. Its a neat set up. And REALLY good sandwiches. I had avocado and bacon on mine:):)

So then we headed to the Boston Public Library where we explored and did homework for a few hours. It wasn’t the most productive day but it was a lot of fun:) We all agreed we should explore new places around Boston more often. I hope I get to live there after college. Boston is a wonderful city!
