Where do I even begin?? I’m sitting down to write this post on Sunday evening and I legitimately feel out of breath from excitement just recalling everything I did this weekend. Even though I’ve barely gotten any rest this weekend, my great adventures already have me so amped (get it? cuz I’m an AMP;) ) for the week to start.
So first of all, on Friday we received our group project assignments for my engineering class. I’m in a group with two other people and we’re working on creating a tool that will help rowing shoes fit better for people with two different sized feet.
Then on Friday evening, I hopped on the Peter Pan shuttle and headed into Harvard Square to watch a football game with a friend. It was my first live action football game! And my friend knew one of the players so we got to stick around say hi after the game.
On Saturday night, in celebration after a ton of studying for my Chinese midterm, I headed into Cambridge with another friend. We had a nice dinner then took the T over to Fanueil Hall area. The night was beautiful and not too chilly (just a bit windy, as usual). We walked along the boardwalk and enjoyed being in a beautiful city on a fall night.
And finally, the grand finale of my weekend: Beekeeping!!!
I’m so glad I’m doing this. It’s definitely my favorite part of the week. This week I ran to Olin instead of biking. It was a good workout! Today we collected boxes of honey. Here are some pictures from the morning:
This coming weekend is Fall Break and I’m headed home!!! Can’t wait:)
