I am enjoying the fun of senior week, and spending lots of time on campus with the great friends that I’ve been through it all with. On Friday, some of us lounged by the lake on towels together. We dipped our toes in and discussed quantum mechanics and the fifth dimension. Just your average afternoon;)
On Saturday morning, I woke up early and headed into Boston with some teammates to do the infamous Harvard Stadium step workout. For those of you who have never heard of this, it is a workout that consists of running up ALL of the steps going around the entire stands of the Harvard football stadium. This has been on my “things to do before I graduate” list for so long. And I just barely squeezed it in;) It will surely be one of my favorite memories. The entire thing took us just over 30 minutes. We were stoked. Go Wellesley Track & Field! #BLUEORDIE
Honestly, this past week has been so much fun, I’ve barely had time to stop and realize: this is the last hurrah. These are the final days living at Wellesley. Soon I will be returning home to plan my future. I cannot believe it’s ending.
It’s been a wild ride. For four years, I have faithfully documented my week here, on this blog. I can’t believe that this–my most enjoyed routine–is soon to be over. As I sit here and type these words, it is finally hitting me: I am graduating. I will leave Wellesley College. And, although this place will be with me forever, it will no longer belong to me in the way that it has for the past four years. There will be a new red class. Wear it with pride 2020’ers!
Thank you to everyone who has read my posts throughout the years. I have enjoyed sharing my Wellesley College adventures. I know there will be many proud Wellesley bloggers to follow. Thanks for everything, Wellesley. <3
