My vacation is coming to a close. School starts Monday. I’m ready to be back though. I have fully enjoyed my vacation and now its time to get workin again!
This morning (more like afternoon), I took a bath. (Decadent, right?) Now I’m going to do a bunch of laundry and pack my stuff up. I love doing laundry at home. Trust me all you seniors, enjoy doing laundry at home while you still can! Doing laundry at school is a pain because sometimes you have to wait for a washer to become available. But hey, if that’s my biggest complaint I chose my school well:)
One of the biggest things I missed while at home was being surrounded by an academic atmosphere. Sure, I’ve been reading lots while home but it just isn’t the same. Having school everyday really helps to drive you and figure out your goals. My January vacation helped me to see that. This month has been a good time for reflection and meditation. I feel very rejuvenated and ready to go now:)
Also! I know I’m jumpin the gun a little… but I CAN’T WAIT for spring. I love the sun and the smells and TRACK! I’ve been running:) I can’t wait to talk about it every Thursday once its finally here:) I’m insane.
