It was so wonderful to be home! I brought my friend Dulce home with me and we had a wonderful Thanksgiving with my family:)

And we ate so much food!

I also brought Dulce to the movie theater where I work in the sumer time. We saw Catching Fire and met up with some of my friends from home:) It was SO MUCH FUN!!!!

Its so different coming home sophomore year. I feel like I’ve really developed a niche at Wellesley. Wellesley is my home in a lot of ways that it wasn’t last year. I have an amazing group of friends and a cozy room and I’ve finally acclimated to college academics (mostly).

I don’t feel so lost at home now:) The first few times I came home, last year, I felt like my entire life had moved on without me. All I had known was high school. It’s taken time, but now I truly love college and college is my life. Being home is wonderful because I get to see family and friends. But I know that my life is at Wellesley now. Home will always be where my heart is but I don’t expect it to be something it isn’t anymore. This sounds so sad but I think its a wonderful thing that I have been able to grow and change so much over the past year. This is a really exciting time in my life:) And I’m so thankful to be as lucky as I am. And to have a place like Wellesley to call my home away from home:)
