I love the Valentine’s Season:) Everything is heart shaped and wonderful!
Last Saturday was Isabella’s birthday. (She’s a first year on the sprint team.) We made her two cakes on Sunday night and presented them to her at dinner on Monday. Yes, there was singing and lit candles in the dining hall;)
Although I had a busy week academically (Econ Pset, CS Pset, lots of readings for PoliSci, and a quiz in Chinese) I managed to enjoy the many little things that make life at school wonderful:
Watching the beautiful snow fall (from the cozy and warmth of the indoors).
The stairs in the Lulu wrap around this space that is open to the outdoors. Its so cool to see on days with precipitation of any kind.
Getting a Valentine package from my church full of cookies and an adorable card from my Pastor’s daughter:)
My friend told me this puppy looks like me XD Guess that’s what friends are for.

Last week really was a great week, overall. I feel more comfortable at school now than I ever have, even with way more things to do. It really helps to have such wonderful friends and teammates around me all the time. They have truly made my college experience what it is.
After a long rejuvenating weekend with my buds, I’m ready to get back at it again. It’s crazy how time flies when you’re having fun! Happy belated Valentine’s day to all! Keep the love in your hearts all year <3
