Oh my goodness… I swear I’m not trying to complain but today has been SO STRESSFUL! And there’s so much more stress to come:(
Okay, it’s fine. It’s going to be fine:) Man its been busy though. I haven’t really gotten anything done today because my cell phone is kind of not working so I spent all morning trying to fix it. On a positive note, the Residence Halls have landlines that you can call campus police, local numbers, and toll free numbers on. So that kind of saved my life:) (Still working on fixing my phone… TECHNOLOGY! The bane of my 21st century existence.)
Ugh. SO on a positive-ish note. My first Astronomy lab is tonight. I’m very excited:) And a little nervous… I’m not a science person. But our reading assignment this week was so fun! We just read all about the constellations and their stories. I love stories!
I have office hours and my religion class this afternoon as well. Such a crazy life. Staying busy is so good though. Like last night, I went on a dinner “relay” to support relay for life. A couple friends and I went from Tower, to Stone-Davis, to Bates for appetizers, dinner, and desserts respectively. So fun:) And then we went to Bingo in the campus center where none of us won anything. But one of my roommates won TWICE! WHAT?! Curse her and her good luck. No matter, I’ll steal all the munchies she won;)
Well, that’s pretty much been the week. Crazy, crazy, BINGO!, crazy. 🙂 It’s good though. I’m enjoying this semester a lot. Its amazing how many people I know now. It was kind of sad in the beginning when I didn’t know anyone. But no longer!
Anyway, I’m gonna have another crack at fixing my phone before office hours :/ Toodles!
Look! This is the Tower basement laundry room… AKA I need to do some laundry… (What’s that smell?)
And this is the crazy tunnel that goes under Tower and connects it to another Residence Hall. Down at the end there’s a vending machine that almost nobody knows about! Secret vending machine status;)
