let the FUN COMMENCE!!

Hello HELLO!

I am probably the final blogger left. Everyone else went home. I on the other hand, am a Senior and am HERE at Wellesley for SENIOR WEEK (which is pretty much when we rule the school, I mean this time without the underclasswomen. ;D)

Anyways…

I can’t say this any louder or with much more excitement

I AM DONE DONE DONE WITH MY UNDERGRAD COURSEWORK. FOREVER!

Anyways… YEA.

I am. I AM COMPLETELY DONE.

it is seriously the most exciting thing in the world. I feel SO relieved. WHO KNEW ID MAKE IT THIS FAR! 😀 Anyways… im really happy. I didn’t have a chance to blog last week because I was so busy. I’ve always been one who is pressed for time.

Good news number 2: I PASSED PART OF MY TEACHER LICENSURE EXAM. I just have to wait for the history sections results (I took that last SATURDAY, so i wont hear for another month).

Bad new number 1: I did NOT get the MATCH teachers Residency program BUT in the first ten minutes of the interview, I KNEW it wasn’t for me. It’d be better off is someone gets it who thinks its perfect for them. Unfortunately, It’s not me.

GOOD NEWS NUMBER 3: I HAVE BEEN OFFERED A JOB. In Korea to teach ENGLISH. I have to tell them by the 25th whether or not I am going to take it. I really really dont know. I kind of want to wait and see if I can get a job here in the states. I will let you know how this goes.

GOOD NEWS NUMBER 4: it is all going to be fun FROM NOW ON.

So since seniors are the only people left on campus (and ushers), I am in an empty nest. I, as Dower’s HP, am the only Dower Senior. 🙁 Which is totally a bummer. But it is nice to have a whole house to myself.

On top of being done, I have to get ready for my family’s trip here to see me graduate. I am really excited for them to come. My parents and my grandparents are coming :D. I am the first one in my family to go to college so they’re really really excited. I mean…. I am too but I think they’re more excited than I am. I have planned an itinerary (or well part of it). I can’t wait till they get here!

Beyond that, now that everything is relatively fun stuff. I can tell you about all that goes on here during senior week. There are a ton of events thrown by Class council. Some of which I will attend.

I am going to GALA. I have never been to one before so I am always up for new things. BUT its really quite pricey. 70 dollars? ouch… but… i figured… It’s a once in a lifetime experience. Might as well.

I am also looking for a graduation dress. WHICH I have not found yet. BUT i will.

YESTERDAY… I went to ALTERNATIVE GALA which was thrown by the PUB because gala is a pricey event that not everyone can go to. For 10 dollars, we got food and drinks and a night of dancing. My feet hurt SO much from wearing heels. Oh the things I do to look beautiful.

Here’s a picture.

And remember how i told you all about Dower reunion and my lovely dower friends I still keep in touch with. Heres a picture from that.
