Cinnamon Doughnuts, Tanner, and…Snow?

Where did October go? That’s my only question, really. But on to the good stuff of what’s been happening this week!

So last Thursday, we had a Tri-Society Halloween Party at our Little White House on Tupelo Lane! It was such a blast hanging out with my friends in TZE, the arts and music society, Saturday, and PhiSig, the lecture society, as well as meeting new people! We had delicious cinnamon doughnuts (my favorite!!!). Some people came in costumes–Emma came in a hilarious Santa Clause costume. I’m glad all the Sisterhood Chairs in the other societies are as excited as Katie and me in planning out these activities!

Then, on Friday, I went to the Slater International Cultural Show where they display a number of cultural dances, songs, and music from around the world! There was a flamenco guitarist, a stomp group, an international acapella group that sang a wonderful African song, and more! Laura also performed as part of Freestyle, Wellesley’s hip-hop dance group. Here she is:

Freestyle!

Justin and Jackson also came to watch, and we had amazing international food as well! Afterward, we got dressed in our costumes (being Santa didn’t turn out so well because I couldn’t get a hat, so I ended up being a black cat…not the best, I know). Hahha, here I am with him…

Justin and me in our pitiful costumes…

Still, that photo makes me giggle hahaha. Then, we headed to DTD’s Halloween party. It was so fun to dance and just have a fun time. Then Justin and I caught the last T back to his apartment and had a nice night.

Saturday–IT SNOWED!!!!!!!!! Laura and I had a WONDERFUl night in where we ordered Chinese takeout and chilled and talked and had a jolly ‘ol time. It was so splendid! I slept over and we got breakfast the next day, and it was work work work for me on Sunday.

And then…..TANNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It went reallllly well, I feel like. We had a really full house for the pretty big room that we were in, which made me really happy!! I don’t have any pictures from this right now cause they’re all on my friend’s phones. But I’ll get those up soon!

PS. I never got to upload this photo of our Sisterhood Dinner in Boston at 5 Napkin. Here we are!

So much love (and food)!

Ahh can’t believe it’s already November, such a good month: Tanner, Ellie Goulding, and Thanksgiving! Plus my birthday!!
