Homemade Cinnamon Buns and One Wonderful Night in Moscow

Mmmmm so currently in the middle of reading period….but before I get to my current state of…everything..here’s a quick run through of the events of the past week.

So, turned in my last midterm essay for my British history class last Thursday. Now just have the final research paper that I have yet to get started on….On Friday, I went with Erin to North End to have a delicious seafood dinner. We got this seafood medley dish for two at this mom and pop’s place called The Daily Catch and it was simply..amazing. We also walked around the area and found out it was some kind of boutique open house, and so we wandered around the area, and I actually bought this dress that was PERFECT for the tri-society winter formal!

So, the next day, I worked tirelessly on my CS final project with my partner until it was time to start getting ready for the tri-society winter formal (theme was Midnight in Moscow). It was hosted at our Alumnae Ballroom, and it was such a lovely event!! Justin and even my brother came (he was Daniella’s date). Here are some pictures from the event!!!

The next morning, Justin and I went to get some bagels in the ville and then he left. Then I spent the rest of the afternoon working on my CS final project…! On Wednesday, it was the last day of classes, and I finally presented for my mobile app to the Wellesley community. So many professors and people just came by and asked questions and tested our app. It was great!

My partner, Sonali, and me in front of our poster! So proud!

Then later that night, we had our ZA Holiday Party! There were soooo many delicious cookies and pastries and desserts. It was absolutely delicious!!! We also did Secret Santa! I got Christine some Christmas lights haha! And Camylle got me a wonderful bag of chocolates and goodies. So perfect as I gear up for finals.

All the delicious food!

I know I say this alot, but I can’t get over how quickly time flies here. It’s already the end of semester and it doesn’t even feel like I’ve been talking to all you guys for 15 weeks now! It’s ridiculous.

My semester here has been amazing, but I’m not signing off just yet!! I’ll be here for another week still!
