I took my Latin final today at 1:30 and walked out feeling like a pro. After a pretty epic nap (one of my specialties), I woke up to give my TZE little hugs and kisses before she left to go back to Georgia. She’ll be studying abroad in Ireland next semester and the oldest member of our Iris family is graduating in two weeks. Maggie has been the biggest fan of my blog and somehow likes it on facebook faster than my mom can read it. I have a Jewish mother, so that’s saying something.
I opened the blog with pictures of my family and here’s some pictures of my wonderful TZE Iris family. Maggie will no doubt be mortified.
In other exciting news, I’ve finalized my summer plans and will be living in New York City with my friend Rachel Doyle and working at Macmillan Publishing in the department of academic marketing. I’ll be surrounded by friends and books from 9-5, and have never been more excited. We’re potentially also looking into playing for the Manhattan Ultimate Disc league and hosting lots of shabbos dinners.
I’ll be on campus through graduation. Not ready to say goodbye to all the wonderful seniors. We’re celebrating with senior week funtivities and lots of hugs on hugs.
