We had our last day of classes recently and officially closed this Fall semester 2017. I am currently in the process of studying for finals so this post won’t be too long. However, I wanted to say a few things. First, I am grateful for all the experiences I’ve had and things I learned. Second, I am hopeful for next semester where I will be able to build on the things I have been learning. Each semester brings something new and it’s always exciting starting new things.
I am also excited about Wintersession. I will be going to Paris! I’m going as part of the French Department’s Wintersession program. Our class will be in Paris studying French film. I am not a Cinema and Media Studies major but I consider myself a bit of a film buff. This course will allow me to explore that side of myself. It is going to be a great time and cannot wait! This will be my first time in Paris so I am ready for what the city can offer me. I will have pictures once I get back.
I’ll leave you with some photos of the first snowfall of the season. I didn’t take too many pictures, (I was too busy running from building to building because of the cold) but here are the few that I did take.
Hope you enjoy it and the rest of the Holiday Season! I will see y’all in the New Year.
