last week of class

This week has been the last week of class. The campus is so beautiful right now with vivid shades of green from the grass and the trees. (See pictures below). This week has mostly been about winding down, submitting assignments and just getting ready for the summer!

Because of the amazing weather, I finally took that lake walk or part of the lake. I didn’t have enough time to go around the lake so we just walk about a quarter of the way and came back. The picture above is of Lulu. It was taken by the lake.

This LDOC (last day of classes), was one of my most interesting days at Wellesley, partly because there was so much happening on campus. We had our annual LDOC concert which featured rapper Waka Flocka Flame. The concert was a lot of fun and I even got to meet him after the show! Before the show, there was also the annual LDOC BBQ which featured rides, airbrushed tattoos, and a bouncy house. Needless to say, this was a lot of fun. It was great to relax and celebrate the hard work that we’d done for this past school year. It was also one of the last moments to spend with the seniors who are graduating (congrats class of 2018!)
