Hello! This week consisted of class, some psets, group meetings, and rewatching episodes of Glee. I’ve really been missing campus lately. The weekend consisted of making my own hoodie, brunch, and dinner with my sister and her boyfriend! I bought a plain blue hoodie on Amazon and used a laser-cut printer to print out the design I wanted and then ironed on the design from the heat transfer vinyl paper. I really love how the hoodie came out (attached a picture of sister’s boyfriend wearing it cause it was cold)
Over time in quarantine, I’ve realized just how nice it is to be able to meet up with your friends and walk over to their dorm within 5 minutes. It’s actually something I’ve been thinking about a lot, especially looking towards graduation. Like once my friends and I graduated Wellesley, odds are, we won’t all live in the same city and it makes me so sad to think how friendships can easily fade apart just because of distance.
Luckily I haven’t felt this too much during quarantine. I think my friends and I have made a lot of effort to keep up and chat with one another. I really love the community I have at W!
