I just turned in my third final! Two more to go! Oh my god!
I’m starting to run out of stamina… but with only two more essays and barely a week to finish them, I can’t let it get to me!
I realise I sound a little crazy, but I swear it’s just the stress of finals getting to me. Not that that’s any better.
There’s not much else to report. I literally spend all of my time at the library. My daily routine is as follow:
(1) Wake up
(2) Shower
(3) Walk to library cafe
(4) Eat and drink coffee while doing work
(5) Move to library desk
(6) Eat dinner
(7) Return to library
(8) Sleep
(9) Repeat
Nothing exciting going on really. I am, however, pretty excited about one of my essays. I have to fully fledge out the topic, but I think it will have to do with hospitality in the States toward Native Americans. The paradox should make it fairly interesting.
One thing that has kept me going is thinking about how I will celebrate the end of finals season. My current list: cut my hair, dye my hair, celebrate Belfast culture (a.k.a. go out a couple times). Possibly travel to France (though that probably won’t happen). I’m going to go get some sleep now before I drive you crazy with my lists. If you are also in the middle of finals… best of luck. We’ll get through this.
