Sounds weird, doesn’t it? How can you have a midterm essay and a final essay due in the same week? But such is life, and such are the academics here at Wellesley College. I have written about the word ‘midterm’ before and how silly it is. Only one of my classes this semester had only one midterm, whereas most of my other classes had two or three. One of my classes has a midterm due on the last day of classes. On the same day, I am presenting part of my final project for one of my other classes. Two days later, I have to turn in a few final essays. Why am I telling you all this? I don’t have much else to tell you about right now. School is my life, and my life is school.
I am really excited for this semester to end. I am flying home in two weeks and spending over a month in Texas and/or Mexico. I cannot wait to see my family and spend some quality time with them. I don’t want to talk too much about this just yet, but I have begun to think about what I am doing after graduating, and the possibility of not staying in the country exists. I will update you when I know better, but I am planning on doing the most out of the month I get to spend with my family this winter break.
For now, I can tell you that it does look like I will go back to regular summer job after my graduation. Again, nothing is decided, but I definitely would like to return one last time. Again, I will update you when I know more. My future is just a big question mark currently, so I cannot give you much more information.
I gotta get back to essay writing, but I will hopefully have some solid updates soon. Best of luck with midterms!
