Spring Break Recap

Hi all,

Spring break this year was an unforgettable mix of lacrosse, sunshine, and beachside fun in Panama City Beach, Florida.

Our lacrosse team headed down for a week of bonding, competition, and of course, enjoying the warm weather. It felt amazing to be out of the cold New England air and near the sandy beaches and ocean waves. We played a hard-fought lacrosse game, putting all our training and teamwork to the test, and celebrated our efforts with some well-earned beach time.

One of my favorite parts of the trip was channeling our inner kids and building sandcastles. There’s something ridiculously fun and nostalgic about sculpting towers and moats with your teammates, laughing the whole time. It reminded me how lucky I am to be part of such an incredible group of people, both on and off the field.

Another highlight of the trip was when my dad came to visit. We ended up spending a ton of time hanging out in the airport together, which surprisingly turned into one of the best parts of the week. We caught up on everything, from school and lacrosse to what’s next after graduation, and it reminded me how much I value those moments of uninterrupted time with him.

Between the game, the beach, and the memories we made, this spring break felt like the perfect balance of competition and relaxation. I came back to campus with a sun-kissed glow, a heart full of memories, and a renewed excitement to tackle the rest of senior year, both academically and athletically. Here’s to team trips, getting sandy, and making the most of every moment!

Until next week,

Anna Tutek
