To: The Wellesley College Community
From: Pat Berman, Art Department, Inauguration Committee Co-Chair
Subject: Inauguration Activities
Date: September 22, 2016

I write to remind you of the celebration of the inauguration of Paula A. Johnson, which will take place Thursday, September 29 and Friday, September 30. President Johnson asked early on in the planning that the inauguration be about our community, and offer as many opportunities for intersection and dialogue as possible—and for enjoyment. It is her wish that the students, faculty, and staff should be at the center of the celebration.

To that end, I wanted to share with you again the schedule of events that are open to all. For a complete listing of events, visit wellesley.edu/inauguration. Whether you pre-registered for events or not, all campus community members are welcome at inauguration events. And be sure to check out the Wellesley College homepage every day to see our students in action and hear their greetings to President Johnson.
