Re: March for Science
Date: March 21, 2017

March for Science, a non-partisan rally in support of science, is planned for Saturday, April 22. It will take place in almost 400 cities across the globe, including in Boston on the Boston Common from 2 – 4 pm.

Wellesley College is proud to support March for Science and we invite all members of the Wellesley community to participate in this important event. In addition to campus activities taking place prior to the march (details about these will be given in separate announcements), the College is planning to provide transportation to Boston for the march itself. If you are interested in taking the bus from campus to the Boston Common, please let us know by filling out this short form by April 14. (If demand overwhelms our ability to supply transportation, we will need to cut off sign ups at an earlier date.)

At the March for Women, the college learned that the buses may get stuck in town so we concluded that one way transportation IN to the rally works best. You would have to arrange your own transportation back from the rally (Commuter Rail or the Senate bus are the usual options).

Details about the transportation arrangements will be provided later. If you have any questions, please contact Ismar Volić.
