Re: Update – Campus Safety Alert
Date: April 25, 2017The Wellesley College Police Department is investigating an April 24 report of an unknown white male seen standing outside of Claflin Hall and looking into a private space. Campus Police responded as soon as the incident was reported.
If you see any suspicious people, immediately report them to Campus Police at x5555 so that the officers can respond. Please know that the Wellesley College Police Department, working together with Wellesley Town Police, continues to investigate this matter with increased patrols.
Please also take a moment to review the following information:
- Program campus police numbers into your phone so you can easily dial if needed (Emergency: 781-283-5555; Non-emergency: 781-283-2121)
- Report any suspicious people to campus police
- Campus Escorts are available
- Do not let people into the residence halls unescorted
- Blue light emergency phones are available across campus and connect directly to police
