Re: An Opportunity to Make a Difference: 2018 Charitable Giving Campaign
Date: December 11, 2017

At this time of year, we would like to bring your attention to the annual Charitable Giving Campaign at Wellesley.

We know that many of us support those in need when we can. By joining together through our campaign, we can increase the effects of our gifts and help those organizations that have come to rely on the generosity of our community. The Charitable Giving Campaign has a range of giving options, making it easier for you to make a difference in a way that makes sense to you.

You still have time to contribute. You may now enter your 2018 charitable giving elections in Workday. You may contribute to multiple charities, and the election amount(s) you enter will be taken each pay period. To set up your contribution amount(s), please refer to the Charitable Giving Workday Instructions. If you would like to make a lump sum contribution, please refer to the step-by-step instructions. For charitable contributions to begin in January, please set-up up your election by December 30 and enter a January 1, 2018, effective date. The first deduction payment will appear on the January 12, 2018 pay slip, for the weekly payroll and on January 15, 2018, for the monthly payroll. Please be sure to use an effective date of 2018 (this deduction code will be active beginning in 2018).

Our sincere thanks to Michelle Gillett, Erin Konkle, and Leslie Pano, the members of the committee, for their willingness to help with this effort. If you have any questions, please email Kim Lancaster.
