As part of the Workday Payroll implementation last year, the College began working with ADP for payroll tax processing. As a result of this transition, ADP will be preparing the 2017 Form W-2 for all College employees.
Your 2017 Form W-2
A paper copy of your 2017 Form W-2 will be mailed to you by January 31, 2018. In addition, you have the opportunity to register with ADP to gain access to view and print an electronic copy of your W-2 on their secure website. This website can also be used to elect electronic delivery for future Form W-2’s. A step by step guide will help you navigate the ADP registration process.
Access to older Form W-2’s
Form W-2’s for years prior to 2017 are available through MyWellesley, to access these forms please follow the instructions below:
1. Login to MyWellesley with your Domain Username and Password,
2. Go to the Employee Services Tab
3. In the center column, click on Banner Self-Service
4. Click on Employee Services
5. Click on Tax Forms
6. Click on W-2 Year End Earnings Statement
7. Select the tax year and click on display
8. To print the W-2, scroll down and click on the Printable W-2 bar
