Re: Commencement Logistics

With great excitement, Wellesley is busy preparing to celebrate the Class of 2018’s commencement on Friday, June 1 at 10:30 a.m.
We will be welcoming our graduates’ families and friends to campus that day, and that, of course, means there will be very limited parking.
We are asking that all physically able faculty and staff park in the Davis Parking Facility leaving the meadow spaces for families and guests. We are also asking that all faculty and staff arrive early to keep from contributing to campus traffic later in the morning.
If you are on campus and not part of the ceremony, we welcome you to join us at Severance Green or one of the satellite viewing locations. The livestream of the ceremony also provides a convenient viewing option.
If anyone is interested in volunteering at Commencement, we still have areas available and are seeking volunteers. Please contact Lynne Payson at lpayson@wellesley.edu.
