This memo provides you with important information about your 2018 IRS Form W-2. In 2018, the College continued its partnership with ADP for generation of tax documents. Please see below for information on how to access your 2018 Form W-2.
Your 2018 Form W-2
Your 2018 Form W-2 will be available in ADP by Thursday, January 31, 2019.
If you opted for paper delivery of your W-2 last year, your 2018 W-2 will be mailed to your home address by January 31, 2019. We encourage you to go paperless for your W-2 delivery. If you would prefer the paperless option going forward for future Form W-2’s, you can make that change in ADP.
If you were new to Wellesley College in 2018, please use this step-by-step guide to register with ADP. Once you complete your registration, your 2018 Form W-2 will be available in ADP by January 31, 2019. Please note that your 2018 Form W-2 will be mailed to your home address by January 31, 2019. If you would prefer a paperless option for future W-2’s, you may elect that option when you register.
