Re: Building Access During Summer Programs
Date: July 8, 2019

A variety of summer programs will be taking place on campus over the next six weeks: Wellesley College programs, summer science research, and visiting programs such as Explo and Upward Bound. These programs would not be possible without the support of student services, academic and technology support, facilities, dining, and many others. We want to thank you in advance for all you are doing to support the 12-month campus.

We also want to provide you with information about access to certain buildings:

Approximately 200 pre-college students and visiting undergraduates are living in Stone-Davis through Sunday, August 11, taking various classes in the academic buildings.
We have hired Summer Discovery, a professional student life company, to manage all aspects of residential life for the pre-college students. They will be living alongside the students in Stone-Davis.
Stone-Davis dining is closed to staff for the duration of the summer programs.
Lulu dining remains open to the community for the summer.
As in past years, Explo and Upward Bound are housed at Tower Court and Beebe, respectively, and non-essential staff are asked to avoid those areas if possible.
Questions about Wellesley College programs should be directed to Corinne Frazer or Nancy Coleman.

Please let us know if you have other questions or need clarification. Thank you again.
