Re: Administrative Staff Listening Sessions

This memo is a follow up to the February Administrative Council meeting. During that meeting, Senior Leadership provided responses to questions from staff following the December Administrative Council meeting. We imagine that administrative staff members may have additional questions or questions they would prefer to discuss in a small group setting.
The sessions are meant to provide an opportunity for us to listen to your feedback and for you to share additional questions. We hope that you will join us for one of the Zoom conversations listed below. Please use this form to sign-up.

Additionally, now is the time for us to begin reflecting on what we have learned during the pandemic about the way we work and for us to begin conversations about the learning that we want to bring forward as we consider the future of work at Wellesley post-pandemic.
