Re: OnCampus COVID19 Vaccination Clinic May 2830
Date: May 25, 2021

We are writing to remind you that Wellesley has arranged for CVS Pharmacy to offer a free oncampus COVID19 vaccination clinic for faculty, staff, and oncampus students.

  • The three-day clinic will be held at the College Club May 28, 29, and 30, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Both the Pfizer vaccine and the Moderna vaccine will be available.

  • You can walk in without an appointment.  You will need to bring your ID.

  • If you are receiving a second dose of the Pfizer vaccine or the Moderna vaccine, you must also bring your vaccination card.

Additional information regarding the day of your vaccine:

  • Please ensure the clinician can easily access your upper arm (for example, by wearing short sleeves).

  • After you receive your vaccine, you will be asked to wait in a designated area for a minimum of 15 minutes, and up to 30 minutes if you have a previous history of reactions to vaccines.

  • A trained CVS Health worker will walk you through the vaccine information and follow-up instructions.

  • None of the COVID19 vaccines contain the live virus that causes COVID19, so they cannot make you sick with COVID19. You may experience common side effects such as pain in the arm where you got the shot, feeling tired, headache, body aches, chills, and fever.

  • To learn more, see the CVS Health frequently asked questions.

Because of the vaccination clinicon Sunday, May 30, all COVID19 testing will be done only in Davis Parking Garage. If the testing appointment you receive Saturday evening conflicts with your vaccination on Sunday, please use the reschedule link provided in the appointment email to request an alternate testing time on Sunday or an alternate date and time.

We encourage all who are eligible to participate. Getting vaccinated is one of the most effective ways to protect your health and prevent disease, and to protect the health and safety of the community and your family. You can learn more about the safety of the COVID19 vaccine on the CDC’s website.

If you have questions about the vaccination clinic, please email campuskey@wellesley.edu.

If you have already been fully-vaccinated, it is important that you inform the College in the Spring Toolbox.
