Dear Students,
As we look ahead to the long weekend with fall break, we hope you take a break, prioritize restful sleep, incorporate some mid-semester self-care, and have fun! Whether you are traveling for break or staying locally, remember some community immunity tips to stay healthy related to COVID and flu season. According to our records, there are currently 6 students in isolation at the College.
COVID-19 bivalent booster shots will be available on Monday, October 17, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Tishman Commons. Please do so today as we need a final count as soon as possible. You can pre-register for a booster shot here.
For the flu vaccine, we will be partnering with New England Nurses, Inc. to offer onsite shots Wednesday, October 12, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Alumnae Hall Ballroom, and Thursday, October 27, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Library Lecture Room. Advance registration is required for flu shots by Friday, October 7.
And finally, our Office of Student Wellness reminds you that if you choose to use substances, check out these substance safety tips to practice harm reduction. For more support around cultivating your wellness, check out the Office of Student Wellness.
Enjoy the break,
