Dear Students,

I hope that you enjoyed the long weekend and fall break.  I am writing today to provide important information regarding the Covid-19 booster and to change details on the flu vaccine availability.  According to our records, currently there is 1 student in isolation at Wellesley. As a reminder, if you test positive for COVID-19 on an at home test, please upload your result to the toolbox on your mywellesley page.

Effective December 1, 2022, all Wellesley students will be required to upload evidence of a Covid-19 bivalent booster shot to the patient portal.  We view this as a critical step to ensure that we avoid an outbreak early in the spring semester.

Please take advantage of the COVID-19 bivalent booster clinic which will be available on Monday, October 17, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Tishman Commons. You can pre-register for a booster shot here. It is important that you pre-register to make sure that they bring enough vaccines. They will be able to provide vaccination cards for the boosters so if you do not have your vaccination card, you can still register.  Plan to be there between 15-30 minutes.

Please note the correction regarding locations and times for the flu vaccine:
The flu vaccine will be available to students on the following dates and locations:

Wednesday October 12th
11am to 4pm at the KSC

Thursday October 13th
11:30am to 2pm at Lulu

Monday October 17th (*Note this is the same date as the COVID clinic.)
8am to 4pm at the Science Center

Thursday October 20th
8am to 4pm at the Clapp Library

Thank you for your attention.
