Your 2023 federal W-2 form is now available in ADP.
If you opted for paper delivery of your W-2 form last year, your 2024 W-2 will be mailed to your home address by January 31, 2025. We encourage you to go paperless for your W-2 delivery. If you would prefer the paperless option for future W-2 forms, you can make that change in ADP.
If you were new to Wellesley College in 2024, please use this step-by-step guide to register with ADP. Once you complete your registration, your 2024 W-2 form will be available in ADP by January 31, 2025. Please note that your 2024 W-2 form will be mailed to your home address by January 31, 2025. If you would prefer a paperless option for future W-2 forms, you may elect that option when you register.
As a reminder, in 2020, the IRS began allowing truncated social security numbers to be printed on the W2. This change was a data security measure implemented to help combat identity theft. The first five digits of the nine-digit SSN were replaced by Xs, leaving the last four digits of the SSN viewable (ex: XXX-XX-1234).
