Tuesday, October 9th –

  • Consulting Case Studies 101 with Anisha Vachani | 7:00 pm | Register on MyCWS This 2-hour lecture, taught by alumna and Associate at Boston Consulting Group Anisha Vachani ’12, is targeted at juniors and seniors interviewing for positions in management and economic consulting. Anisha will teach you how to approach cases ranging from estimation and profitability to M&A. In addition, she will provide advice on how to present your analysis in a intuitive, logical, and convincing way.

  • Yale Law School Webinar | 12:00 pm | Location: your computer – Please join the Yale Law School Admissions Office for a webinar with other prospective law school applicants. Craig Janecek, Director of Admissions, will be on hand to answer your questions about legal education, the application process, and life at Yale Law School.   • Disability in the Workplace Panel Discussion | 4:30 pm | Register on MyCWS Join us for a panel on Disability in the Workplace. Topics discussed will include disclosure, government and corporate employer support, and how allies can help.
  • LGBTQ Internship & Job Search Strategies | 6:00 pm | GRH 442 (CWS Library) – If you’re in QCAB and/or if you’re interested in learning some great career information, come to the LGBTQ Internship & Job Search Strategies presentation. Ted Hufstader, Program Director for Internships will go over internship and job search tips for students interested in opportunities over the summer and/or after graduation.
  • Northwestern U. Higher Education Admin. & Policy Master’s Program Webinar | 6:00 pm | Location: your computer RSVP to ms-highered@northwestern.edu to receive sign in information for the session.
  • Life After Wellesley Information Session presented by Capital One| 6:00 pm | Register on MyCWS – Come and meet with the alums from Capital One, and learn about life after Wellesley.

Friday, October 12th –

  • Working in the US Information Session | 12:30 pm | LWC 413 – This information session for F-1 international students is a wonderful opportunity to learn about employment opportunities in the United States. Representatives from Slater and CWS will be present to introduce themselves.
