Monday, March 9 –
- Resume Basics Workshop | 4:30-5:30PM | GRH 442 (CWS library) – Come and learn about how to get started on creating or improving your resume. This is one of two Resume Basic workshops for the spring semester. Please RSVP in order to participate. You can bring your laptop or hard copy resume to the event as we will provide hands-on tips, if need, regarding your resume. Space is limited!
Tuesday, March 10 –
- How to Find an Internship Workshop | 4:30-5:30PM | GRH 442 (CWS library) – This workshop will focus on: How to begin your search for internships; Types of internships; Identifying resources to help you in your search; and CWS specific internship programs and counselors. RSVP on MyCWS.
- A Career in Law? We need to talk… | 6:00-7:30PM | Anderson Forum – Sarah Curi ’90, JD, MPH, will moderate a panel discussion about careers in law. Please RSVP on MyCWS.
Wednesday, March 11 –
- Wake Forest School of Business Info Session | 4:30-6:00PM | PNE 139 – Business can have a moral purpose! We explore this in the 10-month Masters in Management degree at Wake Forest University’s School of Business, our students receive an accelerated advanced degree in business and offers them the opportunity to combine their Wellesley experience with a Wake Forest one. - First Year Workshop | 4:30-5:30PM | GRH 442 (CWS library) – Learn about the CWS resources pertaining to your first year and beyond! Please RSVP in order to participate. Please also bring your laptop to the event as we will provide hands-on tips on navigating CWS resources online.

- Katharine Timberman Wright Award Application Deadline | NOON | MyCWS Schedule #1284 – The Katharine Timberman Wright (KTW) Awards were established by the Wellesley College Alumnae Association to support and encourage an entrepreneurial spirit in community service. The awards recognize creative responses by Wellesley College students to perceived social needs, both on and off campus. Katharine Timberman Wright ’18 inspired these awards and exemplifies generations of Wellesley College women committed to community service. The awards are for projects that involve ten (10) or more students. The awards can be up to $750 depending on the design of the project and amount requested on the proposal. - Beha Community Engagement Grant Application Deadline | NOON | MyCWS Schedule #1279 – Beha Community Engagement Grant provides funding to support short-term, civic-engagement, student projects. Small, one-time grants of up to $300 for individuals and up to $600 for groups are awarded to support entrepreneurial student service projects. Preference will be given to projects relating to art and architecture. More info can be found here.
- LinkedIn Workshop | 4:30-5:30PM | GRH 428 – This workshop will focus on: Networking online via LinkedIn; Job Search Tools on LinkedIn; and Using and Understanding the new W Network group and tool. Please bring your own laptop if you require specific questions regarding your own LinkedIn account. RSVP on MyCWS.
