Tuesday, October 8

  • Grad School Tuesdays | 12:15 pm-1:30 pm | Wang Campus Center, 2nd floor  The CWS will offer graduate school drop-ins on Tuesdays from 12:15-1:30pm on the second floor of the Wang Campus Center, east Entrance, on Tuesdays during the fall semester when classes are in session. In addition, up to two graduate schools may be visiting campus and will have a drop-in table next to the CWS counselor. Make sure to check MyCWS for the most up-to-date listing of which graduate schools are attending.
  • Westfield State’s Government, Criminal Justice & Non Profit Career Fair | 1:30 pm-4:00 pm | Westfield State University – Over 85 federal, state, and local agencies will be in attendance.  Many employers, particularly Federal Agencies, are interested in meeting students from all academic departments including Business, Education, Psychology, Economics and Sociology. Open to all Wellesley students and alumnae. Please visit MyCWS for more information.

  • LinkedIn Job Seeker Webinar | 12:00 pm | Online – Finding your dream job just got easier! Sign up for this month’s LinkedIn’s free, 60-minute webinar to learn strategies and best practices to leverage LinkedIn at every stage of your job search.
  • CWS Twitter Chat | 7:00 pm-8:00 pm | Online – On the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 7-8 pm, the CWS will be hosting a Twitter chat which will give students and alumnae the opportunity to come together and discuss a shared interest topic. This week we will be discussing service opportunities. Join the conversation with #AskCWS on Twitter.

  • Bender Virtual Career Fair Employment for People with Disabilities | 8:00 am8:00 pm | Online – Are you a person with a disability looking for a career opportunity or internship? This Virtual Career Fair is FREE for Wellesley students and alumnae with disabilities to attend. Students and alumnae are invited to interact with employers via chat sessions.   • U.S. State Department Info Session | 12:30 pm1:20 pm | PNE Atrium – The CWS welcomes the Diplomat-in-Residence from the U.S. Department of State for the New England area, who will share some of her experiences in the foreign service, discuss internship and job opportunities and answer your questions! Come and learn about opportunities within the State Department, both in the foreign and civil service. Please RSVP on MyCWS.
  • State Street Corporation Info Session | 4:30 pm6:00 pm | PNE 339 – State Street is a leading financial services provider serving some of the world’s most sophisticated institutions. We offer a flexible suite of services that spans the investment spectrum, including investment management, research and trading, and investment servicing.
