Funding Source: Wellesley College – This project examines the paradigm shift from inequality to solidarity currently underway in the U.S.; the ways in which economics as a discipline has to evolve in order to study and facilitate this shift; the various ways in which social movements – feminist, anti-racist, workers, and ecology — are bringing this transformation; and the emergent “solidarity economy.”
