Students! We hope that most of the wireless issues in res halls have been fixed; if you’re having trouble connecting, we need to hear from you about exactly where and when you’re having a problem. We will need to be in touch with you to pinpoint the issue, and we may need to meet with you and your computer in the area that’s giving you problems to test a solution. Please don’t suffer silently — work with us to get the problem resolved for good by contacting the Computing Help Desk.

Faculty and staff! You are no longer  required to log into Cisco NAC (Clean Access) for network access on your college-owned computer. You will still need to use the Admin Firewall (Cisco VPN Client) to access secure resources (Vault, Banner ERP, etc.) for a few more months. Still being asked to log-in?
