The rise of maker spaces and affordable fabrication technologies is having a significant impact on a range of disciplines beyond engineering and computing, including archeology, biology, anthropology, and the arts. To learn more about these technologies and their applications in the liberal arts, MAS and LTS invite you to join us for an evening of making and fabrication. Events include a diverse panel of industry leaders and Wellesley faculty and staff, as well as a showcase featuring projects and demonstrations designed to support and enhance learning and research. The showcase in particular will give participants the chance to explore and interact with cutting-edge maker technologies. The panel will be streamed live: http://www.wellesley.edu/live.
