Starting Monday, August 17th, faculty, students, and staff will no longer be able to drop in at the Help Desk to pick up or drop off equipment. In order to protect the health and safety of the Wellesley College community, an appointment will be required. These appointments will allow us to manage Help Desk traffic as the visits to the area are expected to increase.

To schedule an appointment for equipment pick-up or drop-off, please contact the Help Desk at 781-283-3333 or helpdesk@wellesley.edu.

Equipment pick-up and drop-off will remain contactless. The Wellesley College community will be able to use a table outside of the Help Desk space for their equipment exchanges once their appointment has been made.
