Collaborating off-screen (on-screen)
In 2015, to connect our studios located 1500 km apart, my collaborator Thomas Dexter and I experimented to get our live video conference feed meet on the same surface in the physical space.
It was an attempt to close the distance between two studios in Boston and Chicago by projecting our facebook messenger video onto the same paper. Using two projectors, the video feed projection landed on each side of the thin substrate.
