If you have an earlier version of KeyAccess (which checks out licenses for shared software like Photoshop, Acrobat Professional, etc.), you’ll be prompted to upgrade the software to version 6 by 3/18.
Instructions on installing KeyAccess 6 on Macs (http://bit.ly/16Cz2kb) and PCs (http://bit.ly/16CyVVG). You don’t need to uninstall the old version. If you have questions, please contact the Help Desk.
