Google reports that the issue has been resolved.
4:45pm Google is working on the problem, will post when fully resolved. Note: This is one instance where having a synced copy of Google Drive on your computer is handy.
3:20pm Google hasn’t posted an official alert, but users have reported that docs have been slow to load.
