In mid-October when Chrome v.46 was released, the fullscreen button on course reserve videos stopped working correctly in both Chrome and Firefox; workarounds follow. (The fullscreen button continues to work fine in Safari and also works on iOS and Android mobile devices.)
Chrome: While the video is paused/not playing, control-click or right-click the large white Play triangle in the center of the screen. Select Open Link in New Tab. Go to the video in the new tab and the fullscreen button will now work correctly.
Firefox: Click the full-screen button. Then, control-click or right-click inside the video and select This Frame –> Open Frame in New Tab. Go to the video in the new tab and the fullscreen button will now work correctly.
