On Wed. 5/11, 10:30am-4:30pm, the CrashPlan backup server will be upgraded. During the upgrade, you will not be able to access your backups, and your computer will not be backed up. Because we are working with a vendor, we cannot schedule this downtime outside of business hours; apologies for any inconvenience.
After the upgrade is complete, CrashPlan on your computer will update automatically — you’ll then be able to access backups and new backups will resume.
