9/11 12:30pm Cloud Print issue resolved

Printing via Papercut-Cloud is working again. If you do not see this printer in your list in Chrome (or the Chrome OS), look under the Google Cloud Print section of the print dialog box to select it.

As usual, you will print to Papercut-Cloud, and then release the job as the release station of your choice.

The individual printer queues (example – ClappRef-printer2) will be shut down at 1PM today (Monday).

9/8 – We are working to resolve the issue with black & white printing from Cloud Print. While we continue to work with the vendor, we have a backup plan: we are setting up individual printer queues in Cloud Print. You will not need to log into the release stations to release jobs and pages will not be deducted from PaperCut quotas. We will leave this in place until we resolve the issue.

Printing and releasing jobs from PaperCut is unaffected.

9/7 11:45pm Cloud Print (black & white only) is unavailable.

8:30am Cloud Print B&W is unavailable.
