The phones in Green Hall and Founders are now working properly. If you are having any problems with your phone, please contact the Help Desk by emailing helpdesk@wellesley.edu or calling 781.283.3333 from another line.
12:11pm We are working with our vendor to replace the damaged hardware causing the outage. Callers from within Wellesley will receive a fast busy signal when calling Green Hall and Founders phones. Calls from outside Wellesley to Green Hall and Founders phones are still going to voicemail without the phones ringing.
9:36am Phones are unavailable for both outgoing and incoming calls in Green Hall and Founders Hall. Incoming calls are going to voicemail, but phones will not ring. Our vendor is working to resolve the issue and we will send an update as soon as we have more information.
