Access to Library Buildings and Service Desk Hours

Effective Friday, March 13th, at 5:30PM, Clapp Library and Jewett will be accessible only to members of the Wellesley Community through swipe access with a OneCard. This applies to students, faculty, and staff. Visitor access will be prohibited until further notice after 5:30 PM.

Please note our updated service hours:

Clapp Library and the Help Desk will close today, Friday, at 5:30 PM.

Clapp Library and the Help Desk will be open and staffed Saturday, March 14th, and Sunday March 15th, from 10 AM-4 PM. The Art and Music libraries will be closed this weekend.

All libraries and the Help Desk will be open and staffed Monday-Friday 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM starting Monday, March 16th.

The Help Desk will be providing remote support (answering emails and voicemails) from 8 AM-10 PM seven days a week through Friday, March 20th. Please email helpdesk@wellesley.edu, or leave a voicemail on our phone lines (students: 781.283.3333; faculty/staff: 781.283.7777) and a staff member will reach out to you.

Faculty will have 24×7 OneCard (Wellesley ID card) access to both Clapp and Jewett.
